Important Account Update
Updated User Accounts and Downloads
On April 21, 2025 we updated the login process and overall interface for our "store" customer accounts at scienceshepherd.com. No action is required on your part; the update was automatic. From that date, you'll no longer access your "store" account using an email address and password, but a login code will be emailed to you for each login attempt.
With this update, we have also improved how digital downloads are handled for PDF and MP3 orders. If you previously purchased an item that included either a PDF or MP3 and are no longer able to access that content via your original order confirmation email, please login using the updated process to access your downloads.
Visit account.scienceshepherd.com to login to your "store" account for easy order tracking and to access digital downloads.
Please note that you will continue to login to your "student" video course account as you currently do using a username and password at courses.scienceshepherd.com.
